לפני שבוע התכנסנו כולנו לסדנה משותפת על רשתות חברתיות באופן כללי ועל הנוכחות שלנו כחברה באופן פרטני. דיברנו על הערכים שלנו כארגון ועל האופן בו החברה נתפסת בעיניי העובדים.

העובדים שלנו הם אלו שמניעים וכותבים את הסיפור שלנו - הם פורצים איתנו את הדרך לעתיד טוב יותר, הם שותפים משמעותיים לערכים אותם אנחנו מייצגים ואליהם אנחנו שואפים.

את התוצרים התובנות אנחנו נעבד להמשך הפעילות שלנו כאן ובכלל, אבל לפני שזה נגיע לזה, פשוט בא לנו להתגאות בצוות האדיר שלנו שעובד קשה מאוד כדי לשפר את איכות החיים של אנשים עם סוכרת ולקדם את עולם הרפואה עוד צעד אחד קדימה אל תוך המאה ה-21. ועוד יש להם זמן לעצור ולדבר על ערכים, תדמית ונוכחות בסושיאל. כבר אמרנו כמה אנחנו גאים? 😁

אז איך חגגו אצלנו את יום המשפחה?
הרמנו לחיי שתי האהבות הכי גדולות שיש לאדם בחייו - משפחה ופיצה 😍🥂🍕
את המארזים המפנקים קיבלו העובדות והעובדים הנהדרים שלנו אתמול בערב, וזכו לערב טעים וחגיגי עם היקרים להם.
אנחנו כאן רק כדי להתמוגג ולהגיד תודה ל Avital Amir ול Inbar Sagi Zinlichman המופלאות שלנו שדואגות להזכיר לנו כמה חשוב לעצור לפעמים את המירוץ כדי להעריך את מה שלפעמים נתפס לנו כשגרתי💙

עוד צעד אחד בדרך לשינוי.
זהו אמנם צעד ענק, אבל הוא הגיע אחרי שנים רבות של עבודה מאומצת וצעדים קטנים וגדולים שהופכים את החלום שלנו לאפשרי, גם בלי שהיו לנו חמישה סוגי קיטשן או אפילו ברז ראמן לרפואה (למרות שזה נשמע כמו פיצ׳ר שאי אפשר לסרב לו).
מערכת ה-AI שלנו שמתוכננת ומיועדת להפוך את החיים של אנשים עם סוכרת לטובים יותר, מתחילה לתת מענה ושירות למטופלים ב University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus באופן שיטיב עם המטופלים וגם יקל על צוותי הרפואה, ומערכת הבריאות, שמתמודדים עם עומס רב ומתקשים לתת מענה אופטימלי.
אנחנו לא עוצרים לרגע, עובדים על הצעדים הבאים שיביאו בשורה של ממש לאנשים עם סוכרת גם כאן בישראל ובעולם כולו.
אבל עד הצעד הבא - אנחנו ממש נרגשים לחגוג את הצעד הזה 🥳 💙 🩺

Meet Moshiko Lev - Software Developer

The first time Moshiko heard about us was just after his military service when his doctor offered him to join a new medical trial for diabetes patients. As a young man that is tech-savvy and wants to improve his life, he signed up right away (though we all know it was the two weeks in a hotel that closed the deal 😉).

Moshiko, who's bursting with charisma, as your eyes can see ⬇️, went to meet our CEO right after the trial and asked for a job in the company. He sure knew what he was doing, both of them.

One of Moshiko's favorite things about his job is the fact that he gets to be the change he, and tens of millions of other people, need.

Back to reality: our US team, Ryan Hovey, Hartley Pearson and Chris Van Horrick, has finally met in person for the first time since they have started working together.
Working alongside and with a pandemic has changed the way we work and communicate, causing us to adapt even if it hasn't always been easy.
But the most important thing we learned from that is that there are no changes we can't adapt to if we're all aiming for the same life-changing goal.

Meet our CPO - Eran Agmon

Eran is a vital part of our team and has been for a while now.
He actually holds one of the most interesting and fast-paced positions in our company, as he brokers between the necessities of our clients, users, developers, and salespersons. One of his favorite things in his job is seeing fresh graduates entering their first job highly motivated and achieving accomplishments within a few months.
In his free time, Eran loves gardening, history, and finding the perfect balance between being efficient and doing absolutely nothing 😎.
