The storm is behind us and this week is expected to be a sunny and lovely day, an excellent opportunity for a tour of urban markets, beautiful and delicious. Here are some markets that we particularly like, feel free to tell us about your favorites in the comments:
🛍️ The cool: the vintage market in Gibeon. You've probably already discovered that the renovated Givon Square is a place that's totally happening, but you're not sure you're familiar with the Friday vintage market. Collectibles, antiques, second-hand clothes, ceramics, records and many other valuable and beautiful things, which can be combined with the coffee. And yes, by coffee we mean borax treats and we are not going to apologize for that.
🛍️ The delicious: the farmers market in the port. Farmers and producers from all over the country come on Fridays to sell at the farmers' market in the harbor, which is the most farm-to-table we have. We also recommend a healthy sandwich and juice in front of the sea, while staring at the waves, and by the waves we mean our phone.
🛍️ The secret: the eastern bazaar in the flea market. You know the flea market, or you think you do. But there is one part there, for those who are interested, which includes crazy stores of fabrics, jewelry, clothes and more, in a completely foreign atmosphere. So you will come to the flea market and ask how to get to the Mizrachi Bazaar, in the end someone will know. If you are already in the area on Friday, also jump to the Greek market, which is an independent fair of local and original art, full of murals and galleries. From there we will make a day for you.
🛍️ The cheapest: Bezalel market. Because is it true that you realized in this storm that you really lack socks? Obviously the Carmel and the hope are really worth it, but we are burned out on the Bezalel market, with the rush and the low prices and all the fun places around and the knowledge that no matter how this morning unfolds, it will end with something in pita.
