Groin Pain Due to Muscle Strain 🦵

This video shows 4 simple exercises to help reduce groin pain caused by a muscle strain. These moves improve flexibility and strength in your inner thighs and hips.
1. Front Lunge Stretch – Step one leg forward and bend the knee. Keep the back leg straight to stretch your groin and hip muscles.
2. Cossack Squat Groin Stretch – Spread your legs wide, bend one knee, and keep the other straight. Great for opening up tight inner thighs.
3. Half Squats – Gently bend your knees halfway down while keeping your back straight. Builds strength without too much pressure.
4. Quadriceps Stretch – Stand on one leg, pull the other leg backward, and hold your ankle. Stretches the front thigh and supports groin recovery.

👉 Do these exercises slowly and stop if you feel pain. Consistency helps in faster recovery!
