I know that reaching out for therapy can take courage, and if you’re here, it probably means a part of you is ready for something to feel different to make sense of what’s been heavy, or to simply feel a bit more like yourself again. I work with children, teens, and adults who find themselves navigating anxiety, self-doubt, grief, trauma, or big life transitions. Many of the people I support are learning to manage ADHD or emotional ups and downs, strengthen their sense of self-worth, or find steadiness after change or loss. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with 7+ years of experience, and my intention is to offer a space that feels gentle, safe, and human where you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. In our work together, I focus on meeting you exactly where you are. My approach is collaborative and grounded, a mix of genuine conversation, reflection, and practical tools. I draw from Gestalt therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, blending structure with flexibility so our work fits your unique needs. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a bit of lightness into the room, because I believe healing can hold moments of both depth and ease. My hope is that through our sessions, you can reconnect with your inner strength, build emotional awareness, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and authentically yours.
