We usually think of Milk first, but the richest source of calcium is White Sesame!
Milk (100ml) - 125mg calcium
White Sesame (100g) - 975mg calcium
Rajgira (100g) - 340mg calcium
Ragi (100g) - 300mg calcium
Black Chana (100g) - 220mg calcium
Horse Gram (100g) - 300mg calcium
Rajma (100g) - 270mg calcium

Here is a case of 10 year old child with history of fall on outstretched hand and diagnosed to have closed, displaced (and rotated) fracture of medial epicondyle of Humerus
It was treated by open reduction and fixation with cancellous screw (4 mm) with the follow up ROM of 5ยฐ-100ยฐ on stitch removal!

Displaced (>5mm) fracture of Medial Epicondyle of Humerus in children is a fracture of necessity!
