It has been a long journey in the field of fitness and I was just 14 when I first started working on my body.
As a Teenager in school, I have always been excellent in sports and got numerous achievement awards in many sports and folk dance of my culture.
Besides my studies where I was moderate at, I had a keen interest in wrestling due to my background where I have seen many of my kins being an active part of wrestling as a sport. Of them, some have also played at the district or national level too. Hence my interests rose in gymnastics and also in wrestling at a very young age.
Then my situation dragged me to city Ahmedabad in 2014. Here, I started working as a trainer in a nearby gym. Fortunately, my sincere work for gym clients to achieve their fitness goals gave me the opportunity to offer personal training.
Sometime later I was offered clientsβ requests to give personal training at their doorstep which further boosted my confidence in this field.
Through the years I have trained numerous clients to achieve different fitness targets say in weight loss, in shaping individual body parts, in gaining stamina for local marathons and many more.
My clients have also been doctors, lawyers, photographers or businessmen too who were in urgent need of maintaining their fitness level to keep working for a longer time in their respective fields. Some of them being aged with health issues like diabetes have been my clients for over 5 years who prefer home training with personal attention rather than hopping to gyms.
Working with a lot of people I also grew as a professional and learnt various things regarding the individual needs of clients of different age.
After getting a floor managerβs job at Crown Plaza Hotel it strengthened my cliental base on a good level. With the increasing experience of personal training, designing new workout schedules and diet charts I got several other options too where I got in touch with fellow trainers each having their own strengths and qualities.
Furthermore, my bodybuilding goals have always envisioned me to maintain my body in a good shape and this has always been a big plus point to encourage people to have similar goals.
Now with over 10 years of experience and expertise in the field came up with this platform to reach to masses and help them attain their body goals so that everyone can stay fit and live a healthy life.
Now me and my team members, who have not just been my colleagues but are great experts with their own qualities, have joined hands together to make this website a platform to reach to people in need of a fit lifestyle and that too with the comparably lesser expense.
Through this website, we have designed simple and affordable plans for the clients who are unable to join a gym due to their busy schedules or the distance or itβs just that the hefty amounts they have to pay the gyms and to personal trainers.
The purpose behind this website is also to minimise human interaction especially in the wake of todayβs health crisis where social distancing is a must.
