Carcinoma of Right buccal mucosa and upper GBS - WLE + maxillary alveolectomy + FND + Radial forearm free flap + STG. Best part of treatment is no facial scar, well hidden straight scar in neck which will be highly inconspicious after few months. That's the beauty of well planned surgery.

Sharing an operated case of post cancer Surgery and Radiotherapy Trismus with post operative results.
This case is unique as patient operated twice elsewhere for carcinoma of buccal mucosa with nil mouth opening post 2nd surgery and Adjuvant Radiotherapy for more than 4 years.
Patient was very frustrated as he was unable to eat anything
Never give up hope, mouth opening is feasible to certain extent even with post Radiotheray patients.
Patient’s happiness with results cannot be explained in words.
Note: Bulk reduction of the flap is needed at the commissure for lip competency and will be planned soon after patient is ready for it.

Sharing a case of Chronic pain in the right lower jaw(Trigeminal Neuralgia of 3rd division). Medical conservative management failed to treat patient. Patient was getting rid of this disturbing pain. Diagnostic blocks given. Inferior alveolar nerve block given. Patient was absolutely pain free, s/o involvement of IAN. Neurectomy carried out to free patient from unbearable pain.

Sharing an operated case of Stage IV carcinoma of left Retromolar trigone ( Mouth cancer), treated with surgery followed by Adjuvant Chemoradiation with 8 years follow up.
