About Āvāhanam
Āvāhanam is an intiative of Tuheena Singh. While excelling professionally as a Cinematographer, she realised her seeking towards inner well-being through yoga. This led her to do an intensive Teacher’s Training program of 21 weeks covering over 1750+ hours. She is now a certified Classical Hatha Yoga teacher from the prestigious Isha Hatha School of Yoga, Coimbatore.
‘Āvāhanam’ means invocation. ‘Invocation’ means calling for the divine to appear.
Here at Āvāhanam, we make various tools available to transform and enhance the experience of life. We offer ISHA hatha yoga practices, yogic diet and small scale organic farming. We believe inner well-being leads to a successful life and it can be achieved by making every aspect of life into a conscious process.
