Ps. It's possible to get thinner without actually seeing much difference in your weight. This happens when you lose body fat while gaining muscle. One reason you shouldn't rely much on the normal weighing scale is that it doesn't measure your body composition, or the ratio of muscle to fat that you have on your body.
