This pt.presented in ED with c/o pain abdomen with distension.abdomen x-ray show multiple air fluid level.on exploration there was abdominal cocoon and narrowing at ileocecal junction (typical in abdominal tuberculosis).limited resection with ileoascending anastomosis done..

1st is b/l huge ovarian cyst
And 2nd was enteric perforation for which diag.lap with lavage and identify site of perforation f/b loop ileostomy done.

Foreign body (coin) swallow in a 4 yr child.
No need to worry.. treatment include fatty food ,banana or any stool bulk forming food..it will remove spontaneous with stool...but reach the hospital if pain abdomen or distension occur..
