Report on Participation in National CME Program
Dr. Mohd Asrarul Haque participated as a delegate in the National Continuing Medical Education (CME) program titled “Toxicological Emergencies in Modern Era”, organized by the Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) and Pradyumna Bal Memorial Hospital (PBMH), KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar.
The CME was held on 18 December 2021 and focused on contemporary challenges, recent advances, and practical approaches in the management of toxicological emergencies. The academic sessions provided valuable insights into diagnosis, medico-legal aspects, and evidence-based management of poisoning cases in the modern clinical setting.
The program was academically enriching and contributed to professional development. The Odisha Council of Medical Registration awarded 2 Credit Hours for participation in this CME.
Overall, the CME was well-organized and highly informative, enhancing knowledge and competencies in the field of forensic medicine and toxicology.
