Report on Participation in National CME Program

Dr. Mohd Asrarul Haque participated as a delegate in the National Continuing Medical Education (CME) program titled “Toxicological Emergencies in Modern Era”, organized by the Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) and Pradyumna Bal Memorial Hospital (PBMH), KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar.

The CME was held on 18 December 2021 and focused on contemporary challenges, recent advances, and practical approaches in the management of toxicological emergencies. The academic sessions provided valuable insights into diagnosis, medico-legal aspects, and evidence-based management of poisoning cases in the modern clinical setting.

The program was academically enriching and contributed to professional development. The Odisha Council of Medical Registration awarded 2 Credit Hours for participation in this CME.

Overall, the CME was well-organized and highly informative, enhancing knowledge and competencies in the field of forensic medicine and toxicology.

Alhamdulillah, today I had the blessed opportunity to visit the historic Sufi Shah Dargah, an approximately 800-year-old spiritual site, along with Abdur Rahman and Asif in Firozabad.
Standing within the walls of this ancient place, I felt the profound presence of history, devotion, and timeless Sufi heritage. The serene atmosphere, traditional architecture, and centuries-old legacy remind us that true greatness lies in humility, love, service, and connection with the Almighty.

Such spiritual spaces are not merely monuments; they are living reminders of peace, humanity, knowledge, and divine love spread by our Sufi elders. May Allah allow us to absorb and practice the values they lived for — compassion, wisdom, unity, and remembrance of the Creator.
