Is it just me or does the second time around goes by wayyy faster than the first?? I am not mentally ready to have toddler in a month’s time. These last 11 months have been so special and I just want to pause time sometimes to hold onto certain moments for a little longer 🧿

♥️ 11 months Old ♥️

Obviously I had to do a valentines special for this month. Can’t believe you are going to turn one in less than a month. Time is a thief! We love seeing you grow yet we are so sad to be leaving behind the baby days and approaching toddlerhood. So taking as many photos and videos to relive this time in memory. Baby Hazur has-

🔸Started to play peekaboo which is hilarious.
🔹Love to feed himself and happily eats banana+strawberry and pranthas.
🔸Love playing with balls, opening and closing things.
🔹Interested in sound books, crinkling paper, bouncing and listening to music.
🔸Just starting to walk and we can’t wait for him to see life through that view.
🔹Have 2 new teeth that have come through at the bottom which is 6 in total now and sooo super cute when you smile.
🔸Love spending time outdoors and is a great observer.
🔹Hates getting nappy changed and have a temper like his daddy 😜But we love watching his little personality coming through 😘😘

Between taking care of kids, sending school, working in between, cooking meals, remembering all the birthday parties, after school activities and homework ...it can be a lot.

And in the middle of the chaos...it’s easy for your kids to become the reason you don’t take care of yourself.

Snoozing your alarm to get that extra rest, Skipping exercise because you are already behind and have to pack lunches. Saying no to your hobbies because you just have no energy left for you.

Fellow mamas we sail in the same boat!!

Some days are harder than others, but don’t forget... They only have one Mama ♥️

You are irreplaceable. Your children need you the most. Taking care of yourself means taking care of *their* Mama, there’s so much to experience together in this lifetime. This is the life you prayed and worked for 😇

Take out half an hour from your busy routine and do what you love to accomplish. If you love your babies, it’s important you love their mama too ☺️

If you ask how life is after two kids??

It’s a beautiful chaos ☺️It’s a life full of love, laughter, and tears. It’s a life where we are constantly learning and growing. It’s a life where we are always busy, but never bored. It’s a life where we are often tired, but never too tired to cuddle with our babies. It’s a life where we are constantly reminded of how much love we have in our heart. It’s a life where we are constantly reminded of how much joy our children bring into our life. It’s a life where we are constantly reminded of how much we have to be grateful for 🙏

Just as life has ups and downs, so does parenthood. Nobody is perfect but to your kids you can be the person they look to for understanding, for morals and faith. For us being a parent for just 1 was extremely rewarding but 2 gave us a whole new/different perspective because they are unique and often times so different. It’s not always easy(as it look in pictures 😜) but it’s always worth it. And we wouldn’t have it any other way ♥️

Lohri is a wonderful way to start the new year – with friendly gatherings, celebrations, and gaiety.
