All 3 bhcg positive... including a 42 yr old with low amh of 0.2 and previous IVF failure.
With meticulous planning and advanced IVF technology we could make 2 good blastocysts with self eggs. PRP was also done as endometrium was also thin( around 6.5mm).
These success stories motivate us to bring happiness to all those couples struggling with infertility.

This little one is special...came after a long wait and 6 IVF failures. The couple came to me with hope after 6 IVF failures outside.
They were thoroughly evaluated and immunological factors were found. Her disease process was controlled by medicines fr 6 months and then blastocyst transfer done after meticulous planning. She conceived twins invery first attempt, however one continued further. And here we are with the little bundle of joy bringing immense happiness in their life's. Feeling blessed

Presented a talk on Low AMH in Infertility. An alarming trend of low amh is seen in young women in Indian scenario. There is need to diagnose these cases earlier as good outcome in IVF largely depends on age of woman undergoing treatment...the younger the better.
Early refferal, proper management and IVF protocol can give a good success rate in these cases.

Feeling happy to share positive pregnancy result in a patient with low AMH. 31 year old with AMH of 0.4 wanted IVF with own eggs. Stimulation yielded 4 mature eggs and we were able to make one good blastocyst, which was transferred and she is bhcg positive.
Young patients with low amh fare well in IVF ...AGE MATTERS... timely refferal for IVF is required in such patients.
