✅Eat on time, don’t put long gaps between meals and stop eating late dinners and midnight snacks.
✅Add fiber daily; Soluble (oats, banana, seeds, carrots etc) and insoluble (wheat bran, leafy greens, onion, broccoli, seeds, nuts etc)
✅De-stress daily
