Program: 4 Months Transformation

She just completed her 3rd month with us a few days ago. It's like she is already a a whole new person - 16 kilos down, improved energy levels, ability to move better, healthier eating habits, improved mood to name a few.

Our goal was to go below 100 before starting the next phase and she is well on her way. By the end of this month when she finishes her 4 months program she will have gone well past her goals. She is the show and we are mere spectators. What a legend. Way to go, Doc πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

*KNF TRANSFORMATION*

Program: 16-Weeks Lifestyle Guidance and Transformation

What a legend! She had a baby in November last year and got back on the fitness wagon in February with me. He had the support of her husband and that's a big factor - people around you matter to our health.

This has been one of the best transformations for KNF. I couldn't be any more proud. We are already onto the next phase.

She joins the league of extraordinary transformations we have had here that includes Shifali, Yashika, Aditi etc.

There was a time when I used to get tired of my own cooking. All recipes blended together in my psyche and started tasting the same. Part of eating healthy is to also re-train your palette into eating dishes that might taste the same to a normal person but to you- your palette can sense the subtle changes in spice levels so as to be able to enjoy every recipe come up with.

I made this up but after I read it back it actually makes sense πŸ˜‚

I know I haven't been posting here but I will be back in a few days with full swing. Just been traversing some muddied waters but I will be here soon 😌

Meanwhile , I continue to coach my clients and here's one tremendous progress in just 15 days with consistently eating portion-controlled, protein-prioritized food plates and daily exercise (min. 150 min of cardio per week on top of the 5 days a week strength).

We have big plans and the transformation updates with pics will be posted here at intervals. We are working our magic ✌️
