People still believe the old lie:
“Get good grades, get a safe job, and you’ll be rich.”
If that were true, every doctor, lawyer, professor, and engineer would retire wealthy.
But they don’t.
And after 40 years of teaching financial education, I can tell you the truth:
Academic intelligence produces employees.
Financial intelligence produces freedom.
Let me explain.
THE REALITY NO SCHOOL WANTS TO TALK ABOUT
A students become doctors, lawyers, and accountants.
B students go into government and bureaucracy.
And the C students — the ones schools called “slow,” “unfocused,” or “average” — often become the entrepreneurs who hire everyone else.
Not because they’re smarter…
But because they learn the one thing schools refuse to teach:
Financial intelligence.
ACADEMIC EDUCATION MAKES YOU SMART
PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION MAKES YOU SPECIALIZED
FINANCIAL EDUCATION MAKES YOU FREE
In the real world, there are three types of education:
1. Academic (memorize, test, repeat)
2. Professional (doctor, lawyer, engineer, accountant)
3. Financial (cash flow, taxes, debt, assets, leverage)
Schools only teach the first two.
The third — financial education — is the ONLY one that leads to wealth.
And it’s completely missing.
That’s why you can have a janitor escape the rat race faster than a surgeon.
I’ve seen it happen over and over again.
When people play my CASHFLOW game, something interesting happens:
The doctor struggles.
The lawyer struggles.
The accountant struggles.
And the janitor escapes the rat race first.
Why?
Because high-paid professionals start with high expenses, high taxes, and no financial skills.
The janitor starts simple — and learns fast.
How Financial Intelligence Beat…
The game teaches the lesson life never does:
Your profession doesn’t make you rich.
Your financial intelligence does.
THE REAL REASON A STUDENTS STRUGGLE
In the Rich Dad organization, we joke that A students are “recovering” A students.
Because A students are trained to avoid mistakes, avoid risk, and avoid failure.
But financial education requires the opposite:
- Think independently
- Take calculated risks
- Learn from errors
- Build teams
- Use debt intelligently
- Protect assets legally
- Reduce taxes strategically
That’s why even brilliant professionals — doctors, CPAs, attorneys — reach midlife and realize:
“I make great money… but I’m still stuck.”
And when they finally learn financial education, it hits them hard:
It wasn’t their degree that held them back.
It was their conditioning.
THE PEOPLE WHO GET RICH LEARN ONE SKILL FIRST
- Tom Wheelwright — a true A student — became a master of taxes.
- Garrett Sutton — another A student — became a master of legal protection.
- Doctors like Nicole and Radha became financially free once they learned how to think like capitalists, not employees.
And the biggest breakthrough they all had was this:
“A paycheck doesn’t make you rich.
Assets do.”
Once you shift from earning income → to owning assets…
Your entire life changes:
- Taxes drop
- Cash flow rises
- Time freedom increases
- Wealth compounds
- Stress disappears
That transformation doesn’t take 20 years.
It takes one new mindset.
Your degree doesn’t determine your destiny.
Your job title doesn’t determine your wealth.
Your IQ doesn’t determine your freedom.
Your financial education does.
Whether you’re a janitor or a surgeon, a C student or an A student…
Once you learn how money actually works,
you unlock a path schools will never show you.
That’s why I say:
“You don’t need to be an A student to be rich.
But you do need financial intelligence.”
And that’s exactly what this new video teaches.
