This one belongs to Our Team, Women Farmers and Partners who have their sustained belief in our mission.

This award will not only fuel our growth but has also has strengthened our commitment to changing the world with energy and food.

Each one of us is proud of what we do every day and this award is just the start of the next phase of our collective growth.

Our Team is our greatest strength and Team-Members like Roshan Jha have laid foundation pillars of S4S. Roshan’s Never Give Up Attitude and Leadership has been instrumental in navigating some of the most challenging problems at S4S. He inspires and motivates his Team Members and Women Workforce to strive for Excellence in Quality of Food Products.

We are delighted to share Roshan’s journey at S4S, coming straight from Roshan.

“ S4S (Science for Society), the name of the company inspires us, encourages us to do something different, which can be used to help our society. S4S's journey from the development of food preservation machines to the food business has been an exciting one for me. My journey in S4S started in 2016 and it's been a roller coster ride for me.

The Team has a lot of enthusiasm, hard work,and team work. We are proud to have establish Aurangabad’s First - FSSC 22000:2018 Ver. 5.1 Food Ingredients Manufacturing Quality Certified eco-Friendly Facility.

The S4S manufacturing processes are highly efficient, yet the company continually works to minimize wastage and is focused on providing quality products. Our aim is to deliver safe food by regularly training our employees and we work by the moto, “Safe Food, Everyone's Responsibility"

S4S always thrives for sustainability and recycles its scraps such as cardboard, office paper, plastic, and food waste whenever possible. Packaging is minimized whenever possible.

Our team is always involved in the activities which provides the company creative suggestions ranging from issues related to products and processes to employee training and company culture.

It is a great pleasure for me to be part of this hardworking and humble team and lead the operations of the factory.”

The journey of Mrs. Shila Kamble (fondly called 'Shila Tai' by everyone at S4S) is the story of societal change, where - Women Empower Other Women.

Shila Tai demonstrated leadership during her early days at S4S, is a quick learner, and also managed a production unit with a solution-centric mindset. With capacity building at the core of it, Shila Tai's innovative approach in training the women workforce not only helps S4S get better quality food products but also provides assured income to the women.

Shila Tai is a loving mother, a dutiful daughter-in-law, a dependable wife at home and at S4S she inspires us every day with her passion, perseverance, and patience.

We are glad to have her as a part of our team- May HER TRIBE GROW!

It's during these unprecedented times, when we see heroes emerge, at S4S we are seeing them emerge .

One such Hero is Niteen Patil.

Ashwin Pawade - always dreamt of having a fast-bowling all-rounder in his Team and every day he is grateful to have Niteen Patil as a part of S4S.

Nothing else matters to him but doing his job and doing it well. Every day. Even when it’s hard. Even when it’s tedious.
With his infectious smile and twinkle in his eyes, he would respond “Kar lenge sir hum, Don’t worry at all !”

And when Niteen says we know it would be done and we have nothing to worry.

Put him in the most challenging situations- product development or deployment of technology in a far remote area, Niteen is never shy of taking the challenges.
With his composed nature and mature demeanor, he always lives up to it.

Sandeep Choudhary, fondly called Sandeep Ji - joined S4S in 2016 from Nestle.

Every market progress of S4S has Sandeep Ji steering the organization forward. With his on-ground experience and ability to attract the customers to TRY-BUY and STAY is an asset for S4S.

Apart from his role in the Sales Team, Sandeep Ji energizes the Team with his zeal and enthusiasm. His determination and commitment go far and beyond the work hours - balancing his kids and family. His vibe and smile are reassuring after a tough day.

When asked Sandeep Ji what matters to him, his only response is - Getting the job done.

Some days you would find him delivering products to the customer and other days in the accounting department but always on the phone asking the customer- Bhai,koe Order h Kya?

Sandeep ji enjoys singing the tunes of the lord and is also our liaisoning officer with the lord. His Nepalese roots and stories of youth fill our chai time conversations with love and laughter. And his -ness is contagious. We are grateful to have Sandeep Ji as a part of and we salute his dedication.
