5-6pm register and join
6pm evening snacks and tea
Tent mounting
7-8 Cooking food
8pm - Dinner
9pm bone fire
10pm-10:30pm Yoga Nidra Session

5:30am morning meditation and yoga

6:30am surya namskar
7:30 Breakfast
8.30-10 Hiking
10am END of session

*What To Keep In your Bag*

1. Keep 1 pair of clothes
2. Keep your sleeping bags
3. Water bottles (2ltr)
4. Toothpaste and brush
5. Food (dry avoid plastic)
6. Power bank ( since power supply is limited)
7. Extra shoes or chappals (in case)
8. Avoid non-veg items
9. Torch is compulsory for all
10. Mosquito repellents if you want
