Quality through Self representation-

I always wonder with the concept of Quality and I always get excited with Self Representation! At times, society...people around us influence in a wrong manner and it is a habit that gets extended knowingly or unknowingly!

People have decided few protocols and they also follow ethics! They also have their SOPs which they preach and practice! About practicing I do not know but about preaching they are far ahead of everything! For the Saint Tukaram Maharaj the self representation for him was to continue chanting at every step with full taste! For legendary freedom fighter Savarkar had no choice for the place but for him inner core and its value which is getting portrayed by utilizing self potential to the fullest; used to be precious and I think these freedom fighters had their own self representation by aiming things and focusing them with soulful passion!

In the current times, we are being taught to focus on external appearance, its ethics/protocols and even SOPs where if someone goes wrong there then his or her qualities/potentials/abilities seem like in vain and then his or her self representation collapses to a greater extent...his or her confidence deteriorates! Quality has a greater role and I think at the very first instance quality is nothing but following self discipline which many people lack and keep on giving excuses with several reasons!

Self representation has an essence of that peculiar moment to catch to flourish in the right fashion but society has conceived the same with a false outlook where everything goes wrong! I always feel that being the smallest ever particle of the society many times I may have done something wrong which is against the natural values of being human but ultimately for everything there is a cause and effect. If the beggar does some fabulous presentation of his or her art it is immediately appreciated but we do not think that the concept of beggar has been originated by the human himself, right? And then why to categorize in that scenario between the common man and the beggar???? Isn't it a contradiction?

At times, I listen to the people advising someone ,"hey why are you coming down from the top level which you have achieved? Be there ....now your status has a different flavor!" But then in such cases do you think your self representation will have the highest quality essence where true passion gets depicted? I analyse that once that so called celebrity status is being given to someone then the audience defines his or her existence differently and then his or her Ego gets that boost or push to get activated in an adverse manner where things start going ruthlessly...arrogance increases....but self representation remains on high in disguise!
The society has also misrepresented another concept severely and i.e. once anyone becomes the celebrity....and when he or she does some kind act for anyone who is supposed to be down trodden or poor or the beggar....then their image gets promoted unnecessarily. I feel charity is a very natural act and it can be performed by even a poor man but do we look into it likewise? The same is the case with his or her quality in self representation where it disappears in due course because of their status!

At the outset I humanly feel that this quality and self representation through that will get justice in the society when the society will change its mirror to look at the said concept not for the timebeing but forever!

Hi Everyone, I am happy to share with you that I became the official volunteer for International Human Rights Commission, CZECH REPUBLIC. After becoming the member of very respectful association of World Constitution and Parliament Association, USA(WCPA, USA) this is another horizon to extend my noble contribution for the welfare of different communities. My profession is coaching where I help people in growing mindfulness for their business or professional growth and becoming member of these two prestigious organization I felt that my vision is getting widened to look at the world differently! Seeking mindful cognizance

Politics an unimaginable science!

Problem with aggravated pact
Rivals possessing miserable tact
Opposition always an illogical fact
Politicizing emotions with clueless act!

Political era a bundle of myths
Normal life with similar characteristics
Criticism enhancing quality tactics
Intriguing behavior like narcotics!

Idealism requires severe courage
Realism giving us high baggage
Vandalism portraying savage
With politics can we survive like a sage?

Are we leading towards destruction?
The world depicting disastrous obstruction!
An individual life entailing worldly creation
Oh Politics, can you stop undue assassination?

Communication is critical or critical is the one who communicates?-
We all are aware of the fact that communication is the basis of everything that we do to live! Then no wonder if it is self communication! However the problem of whether communication is critical or the critical is the person who communicates; has not been clarified yet by the universe although universe is well verse with everything natural but the challenge it has given to the mankind is of criticism and from where it is rooted and how it has to be resolved and so on and so forth! Among all these things, Communication is what matters!

There are few things I think of when still the above title does not have clarity-
1. Critical thinking as a process in the first place
2. Accountability to resolve criticism
3. Ignorance to take the process till the end with commitment
4. Executable strategy
5. Habit of hoodwinking people or deliberate negotiation unnecessarily at times
6. Showing of attitude by underestimating the other party
There may be many such aspects to prove the above title to arrive at any concrete conclusion but the above are making sense to support the above cause and its effect as far as the title is concerned!

How can we resolve this?
1. Can we have the courtesy to take the matter till its solutionable conclusion?
2. Can we keep aside issues and focus on remedial measures or targets we have where outcome will be appropriate as per the situation?
3. Can we manage the time in such a manner where not by depicting that how busy we were we will address it properly to respect the other party?
4. Can we keep our committed approach intact?
5. Can we make our communication process crisp and precise so that other parties will not feel offended or ignored but they will show their response diligently based on your effective communication?
6. Can we end the process systematically if we have begun the same somewhere with fruitful discussion?

All the above questions can portray exact executable approach to disprove the above title by getting right clarification because otherwise everything boils down to our behavior irrespective of professional or personal life!
It is my observation that still an experience can go wrong when we communicate but having compassionate concern about everything that happens around us can make communication a better process!
Think...Ponder....Introspect....!

Commitment and Promise are the words with similarity but for sure have different meanings!

I always wonder that these words hoodwink people in reality because many times we utter these words but perceiving the authenticity of the same becomes a challenge because of our habits, behavioral pattern and way of thinking along with hazards we confront at the time of ex*****on! However at actual we can truly adhere to these words with thoughtful appropriation by avoiding catastrophic situation!

Promise can be a temporary aspect that we share with people at times but it becomes a superficial phenomena in the process of life and to make it with a sense of fulfillment one needs to be well aware of the situation and the people with honesty! It can also be like sense of hope rising assurance which can result into commitment later!

Commitment can become a permanent phenomena provided courage to follow what is being promised can lead us to the level of commitment if we are stronger at the time of executing things and visioning prospective index with the right perspective!

Promise is like a bud which will blossom and a blossomed state is like a commitment! Promise is like amateur state and fulfilled commitment is like something attaining maturity!
Promise is a pre-requisite of building trust and Commitment is like established trust! Both are inter linked since we can not put either of the concept away from the other! Promise acts like sanity and Commitment is like sanctity! Promise is like managers and Commitment is like leaders!
Promise and Commitment are like cause and effect!
Promising morning with commitment!

Hi friends, very recently two fantastic events occurred in my life because of one eminent personality of our country and his name is Dr. Sudhir Tare. I know Dr. Tare Sir since the time when I was felicitated by IGCCIA as Exemplary Educationist and this was in 2018. He is an astute person with many awards which were conferred to him and he has been & is a member of many renowned organisations. He is a "World Peace Ambassador" and "Member of World parliament, USA". Because of his noble conviction to find something special in my profile he presented me a boarding pass to NASA's mission of Mars in July 2026 and even Mission on Moon in April 2022 where my profile will be engraved on the chip and will be directly sent across to Mars & Moon with pride. Because of his standing globally, I could bag up this honour by getting selected for Mars/Moon mission. Getting boarding pass may be an easy process but getting selected among few accolades is something a fabulous moment for me. Thanks much Dr. Tare Sir. You listened to my Shadakshar Stotra composed by me and called me up after a long time to share this news! It is nothing but Lord Shiva's blessings getting showered upon me. Second historic moment which got created by him in my life is registering my postage stamp in Indian Postal department(registering it may be usual) by looking at my profile. I am still a learner and want to be so for forthcoming years but he did not just register my stamp there but included it in Stamps of the world where very soon it will be exhibited in World's stamp museum and he is going to register the same in many Indian government departments in coming days, isn't this exciting? Thanks much Dr. Tare Sir for this second honour. My profile has been included in शून्य से शिखर तक articles and tv serial /documentary as an INSPIRATIONAL STORY FOR YOUTH .
I am glad to tell you that the profile will reach to youth of many countries, ... indeed a rare honor! This is again due to blessings of Lord Shiva. I just want to be grounded and would work more harder in coming days by considering this as an inspiration. One thing was proved in my life where it seems I got a great guide like Dr. Tare Sir and a true Well wisher who has opened such gateways to many who have been striving harder to prove their talent. God is great. Both the events brought a permanent memory in my life.
