ONE STEP TOWARD HEALTH AND EVERYTHING ELSE FALLS INTO PLACE!

Vishal, a 24-year-old professional focused on building his career, found himself struggling with persistent acidity and gastric issues. Weekly dependence on antacids became routine, as he tried to manage his discomfort.

BALANCING A BUSY CAREER AND HEALTH - RAHUL PROVES IT’S POSSIBLE!

Rahul, a self-proclaimed foodie, never wanted to sacrifice his love for food, even when he knew he had to work on his health. As the CFO of a company, managing multiple responsibilities, his health took a backseat.

But when he noticed his weight creeping up and saw alarming numbers in his TSH and HbA1c levels, his wife knew it was time to take action. She connected Rahul with a WQ wellness coach through a common friend.

FROM SLIP DISC PAIN TO A STRONG, HEALTHY BACK - BIPASA’S HEALTH TRANSFORMATION!

Bipasa was struggling with a slip disc problem that left her unable to do anything. The pain was overwhelming. When her doctor told her she needed to lose weight, she felt lost. How could she exercise when she couldn’t even move?

In her confusion, Bipasa reached out to an old school friend who happened to be a wellness coach in the WQ Community. With her friend’s guidance, Bipasa enrolled in a health transformation program that would change her life.

For the first 1 to 2 months, her coach focused on dietary changes and nutritional supplements to strengthen her back. Bipasa was only asked to walk 5,000 to 6,000 steps a day. Despite the limitations, she persevered and lost 6 kg in the first month.

Encouraged by her progress, Bipasa gradually increased her activity level. She started completing 12,000 steps daily and incorporated strength training exercises into her routine. After 5 months of dedication and hard work, she had lost a total of 19 kg.

Today, Bipasa is free from back pain and her slip disc issue is a thing of the past. She is thankful to her coach, who guided her through this incredible transformation and gave her life back.

Shobha had been struggling with digestive issues for a long time. Bloating, heartburn and stomach pain were constant companions, disrupting her daily life. Despite trying different medications and diets, she only found temporary relief, leaving her frustrated and searching for a lasting solution.

One day, Shobha confided in the mother of one of her former students, who happened to be a wellness coach in the WQ Community. The coach took a detailed look at Shobha’s routine, stress levels and food intake, creating a comprehensive case study. With this information, she guided Shobha to follow a proper diet and exercise regimen.

The changes Shobha made under her coach’s guidance led to a dramatic improvement in her health.

Her digestive issues start to resolve. Not only that, her helicobacter pylori infection, for which she was suggested to take high doses of antibiotics, also reduced significantly. Praveen, a professional with a demanding job involving long hours of sitting, faced various health issues including back pain, hair fall, sleep issues and low immunity.

A 360-DEGREE TRANSFORMATION!

Laziness, frequent headaches, poor sleep quality, fatigue and digestive issues - that is how Ravina used to describe her life!

Unhealthy eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle were the obvious culprits.

She wanted to take charge of her health but was looking for someone who could truly understand her lifestyle and customize a plan for her.

Losing weight was not the only focus. Ravina knew that she needed to correct her health by making healthy lifestyle choices.

That’s when she decided to approach a WQ coach for guidance through one of her colleagues.

When she was asked to undergo blood tests, she found that her hemoglobin, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels were quite elevated.

This also added to her motivation and she started the health transformation program with full rigor!

For Ravina, the next 4 months were all about diet, workout, nutrition, meditation, constant connection with her coach and much more, and in the end, she couldn’t believe herself when she repeated the blood tests!

Not only did she lose 12 kg, her hemoglobin levels went from 9.8 to 12.16, vitamin D from 12.97 to 50.4 and vitamin B12 from 350 to 392!
