*All proceeds from the event will go towards vaccinating and feeding stray animals, in association with Lions Club Bangalore 🦁*

The Region Meet of Region 2 of District 317E, Region Chairperson Harshavardhana and Zone Chairperson Sahithi are from LCB Aikya, commenced on January 19, 2024, with the inspiring theme of “Vision.” This remarkable event brought together dedicated leaders and members, embodying the true essence of service, innovation, and collaboration. The hosts demonstrated exemplary leadership and hospitality, creating an atmosphere that encouraged meaningful discussions and forward-thinking initiatives. With its well-executed planning and focus on impactful outcomes, the meet not only celebrated the spirit of service but also inspired all attendees to work towards a brighter and more visionary future.

🌟 Successful Blood Donation Camp! 🌟

We’re thrilled to share that the Lions Club of Bangalore Aikya, in collaboration with and supported by Lions Blood Bank, successfully organized a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp on August 31st and September 1st, 2024.

Over these two days, we collected 41 blood units—a tremendous achievement thanks to the generosity of our donors and the dedicated efforts of the team and Team. 💉❤️

As part of Nutrition Week, we also organized a food distribution for the donors and staff, ensuring everyone was well-fed and appreciated for their contribution. 🍲🙏

*Lions Club of Bangalore Aikya* in collaboration with *Lions Club of Jigani Lotus, Lions Club of Jigani Town, Lions Club of Jigani BTM Nightingale, and Leo Club J L Vriddhi* successfully organized a *General Health Camp, Diabetes Screening, and Vision Camp* for the public of *Gottigere, Weavers Colony*.

We’re proud to share that over *200 people* were screened, with a total expense of approximately *₹50,000* spent on the initiative.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this camp a success!

🌟 Exciting Update from Lions Club of Bangalore Aikya 🌟

We are thrilled to announce the successful installation of our new club officers! This special event was graced by PMCC Bhanumurthy Reddy, who installed our officers, along with distinguished guests DCS Sudha MN Reddy, GMT V K Srinivasulu, PRO Bhaskar Reddy, RC Harshavardhana Reddy, and ZC Sahithi B Reddy.

A special highlight of the day was the presence of the *” Miracle Man of India”* - Mr. Auto Raja, who joined us for this important occasion founder of *” NEW ARK MISSION OF INDIA (Home of Hope)”*

*Recent Service Activities:*

*Fund donation:* Donated 30,000/- to *” NEW ARK MISSION OF INDIA (Home of Hope)”* association with PRO Bhaskar Reddy & DCS MN Sudha Reddy.
*Medical Camp:* Conducted eye screening, speech, and hearing tests for 50 beneficiaries Twinning with BTM Nightingale & Greater Koramangala at TTD, Vyalikaval.
*Donation of Oxygen Concentrators:*
To “ *NEW ARK MISSION OF INDIA (Home of Hope)* “: Donated by Bhanumurthy Reddy in association with District 317E.
To “Chaitanya Old Age Home”: Donated by Bhanumurthy Reddy in association with District 317E and LCB Prerana.
*Laptop Donation*: Provided a laptop to a student from “Abhaya Ashrama.”
*Fundraising Launch*: Initiated a fundraising activity for educational kits.

*Total Cost for service activities:* 3,00,000/-

Aikya successfully organized a comprehensive health check-up and eye screening camp today at the TTD Temple premises in Vayalikaval.
The event aimed to provide accessible healthcare services to the local community, focusing on early detection and prevention of common health issues.
Attendees had the opportunity to undergo various medical tests, receive professional consultations, and get their eyes screened by qualified specialists.
