Some trends are just straight up heartwarming not because of how cute or aesthetic it can look but because it lets people come together & literally forces us to focus on what we gained rather than what we lost.

For me personally past year could have looked like I lost a lot but come to think of it, there were a few things gained as well, no matter how small it can look (hello, negativity bias👋) so me & thought it will be fun to recreate this with our friends who are all rockstars in their own realm & I feel like we are all going to be laughing looking back at this memory years from now!!

So give in to trends sometimes…do things you feel are silly or goofy because that’s what makes memories!!

Social media can be tricky & sometimes it so east to violate someone’s privacy. Its very important to be mindful about what we are sharing.

I see too much fear mongering on the internet, especially by those self proclaimed health gurus!! Hey there’s nothing wrong in sharing your personal experience but to instill fear, cause worry amongst those who can’t really differentiate between what’s true science backed info & whats not & sell products wrapped as health in the name of sponsorship is not responsible in my opinion!!

If nothing else mattered, what would you choose to do?

A sneak peak into ‘Whispers of Autumn’ for you 🍂

People often question vulnerability?
Why share?
Why talk about it?

Ofcourse its uncomfortable.
But if its to say you are not alone, its not such a bad idea.
Pain & purpose go hand in hand.
Pain without purpose feels to heavy to carry.

So this is for all those who wear the badge of vulnerability because you are the one changing the world 💕

Lavender bruises is for everyone with a bruised & brave heart ❤️‍🩹

Probably the most asked questions on my DMs. Do not take up Pathology for wrong reasons. It’s too much of a hard work to eventually not be practicing Pathology plus its not fair to you or to your patients.

Who really reads your reports?
Spoiler: It’s not just the machines.

This , let’s bust a big myth!
Lab tests may be automated, but diagnosis? That’s where pathologists step in, interpreting results, performing procedures, and making life-changing decisions every day.

From FNACs to biopsies, it’s not just buttons and beeps, it’s years of medical expertise.
Because behind every report, there’s a real human who cares.

Big thank you to our inspiration sir for giving me a little nudge I needed to make this video!! If you are participating for , be sure to tag me too ☺️

Today, I did something new: wrapped up my first podcast. 🎙️

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I showed up with an open heart and my lived experience. I shared what happens after a sample leaves the doctor’s clinic and enters our lab, how technology is reshaping our work, and why pathologists are often the quiet thread running through a patient’s journey.

I didn’t have all the right words—but I had my truth.
And that felt like the right place to begin.

Thank you to the hosts for holding such a thoughtful space .a.d 🌸

I left feeling grateful for the conversation, for the curiosity in the room, and for the reminder that even the most technical work begins with intention and ends in care.

More soon. But for now: a quiet thank you for this moment. 🤍
