Working from home in this current situation can lead to poor postural alignments and further affect the neck & back. Poor ergonomics is one of the major cause of low productivity and lack of active lifestyle.
SAHAAY TIPS:
* take breaks every 1-2 hours if you are in a sedentary job
* use of ergonomic chair even at home is advisable.
* simple exercises at (home/walking) for 45mins to 1hr, 4-5days a week.
