SLEEP APNEA COULD NOT LIMIT MY LIFE!

Deepak’s health challenges began in 2015 when he was diagnosed with high blood pressure. At the time, he was overweight but under 90 kg. Things worsened after Covid, and by 2022 his weight had shot up to 115 kg. With the extra weight came exhaustion, poor focus, breathlessness while climbing stairs, and severe winter coughing spells that sometimes left him unconscious.

A detailed check-up finally revealed the root cause — Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea, with 90 sleep events per hour. Doctors advised lifelong CPAP support, and that became a turning point. Deepak knew he had to take charge of his health, not just to reduce his dependency on machines and medication, but to reclaim his energy and life.

Inspiration came from a colleague who had transformed her health through the Wellness Quotient program. Deepak joined too, though the start wasn’t easy. Years of sedentary living and unhealthy eating habits made change difficult. But with consistent support and guidance, he embraced a holistic lifestyle.

Gradually, the results showed. Within two months, his energy and fitness improved, and the weight began to drop. Over time, he lost 30 kg, moved closer to his ideal BMI, and saw his sleep events fall dramatically from 90/hr to just 0.2/hr. He no longer feels breathless on stairs or hills, enjoys renewed focus, and lives with higher energy and positivity.

This journey has transformed not just Deepak but also his family’s health. Today, he feels stronger, more confident, and inspired to help others take charge of their well-being.

FROM STRUGGLING TO STAND IN THE KITCHEN TO WALKING 12-16K STEPS A DAY WITH EASE!

Lakshmi’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. She had been struggling with being over weight, plantar fasciitis pain, back pain, low immunity, junk food cravings, and low energy for years. Despite visiting multiple doctors and trying different programs, relief seemed out of reach.

NISHU'S COMEBACK: RECLAIMING HEALTH AFTER CHILDBIRTH!

Becoming a mother is a life-changing experience, but it also brings challenges that can take a toll on your health and well-being. After the birth of her son, Pransh, Nishu experienced significant weight gain and a decline in her overall health. Nine months postpartum, she suffered from extreme ankle pain, severe hair loss, and persistent weight gain. Despite trying various solutions, she was unable to find relief.

A colleague and good friend connected her with a wellness coach from the Wellness Quotient Community. Following a comprehensive assessment, the coach developed a personalized, holistic plan to address Nishu's specific challenges.

Nishu dedicatedly followed the program with the consistent support of her coach. Within three months, she saw remarkable improvements in her health. Her ankle pain disappeared, her sleep quality improved significantly, her hair loss stopped, and her stress levels decreased. In addition to these symptom improvements, she also lost 11 kg.

The most significant results were in her hormonal health. Her TSH levels reduced from 5.2 to 4.1, indicating an improvement in her thyroid health. Furthermore, her HbA1c level improved moving from a pre-diabetic range (6.1) to a healthy range (5.6) as a direct result of her lifestyle changes.
