About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and highly motivated business development professional who has delivered outstanding
sales in industry leading enterprises with lean and agile teams. We are looking for an individual with a technical
background, business acumen, thorough understanding of sales processes and software sales (preferably SAAS), a
passion for quality, and a desire to make a positive change in business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Thorough understanding of SaaS based software solutions & services to small, medium & large companies in
India.
• Engage with the Customers and Provide Product Overview and Demo. Respond to sales requests / RFPs /
Demos / POCs and designing required Demo / POC/ Pricing models.
• Ability to comprehend sales forecast and meet the revenue targets, through various channels like Inside
Sales, Field Sales, Cold calling. Lead generation is the key to success.
• Research on Potential Buyers of FSM Solution and Improve the Conversion Rates.
• Interpretation of Customer Expectations, Ensuring Fulfilment through Existing Features and New
Features. Baselining the Requirements is the Key to Success
• Effectively advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques.
• Develop new business opportunities in the defined geographies and convert the same
• Interact with Engineering team to check the feasibility and communicate to Customers about the fulfilment
• Ensure Technical and Commercial Requirements of the Customer are well Elicited and work with the
relevant team to put the Proposal to Customers, without Impacting the ROI. Customer Negotiation has to
be handled with utmost importance.
• Get involved in Digital marketing and Competitor Analysis and provide value add to the features and
Business.
• Work closely with existing or new partners to build pipeline, close deals & achieve the set revenue targets and
bring in value to FSM Solutions in terms of using the Technology and providing comprehensive solution to
Customers.
Skills & Experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Hands-on experience working on email marketing tools
• Strong interest in market analysis and research for new business development and regional / industry

• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools for giving product demos
• Experience working with CRM tool
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Educational Qualification:
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT from a reputed College/University
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience may also be considered.
• MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage from a reputed College/University
• Experience working on marketing automation and lead nurturing tools
