Had a quick afternoon lunch date with my favourite peeps from the foodie world of Ooru! There’s this emotional adrenaline when you meet people who genuinely know and appreciate good food and it’s flavours ✨ Today made me realise how at times even when you’re not so connected with your friend’s everyday, food still fills those voids and keeps you connected even if you meet em once in a blue moon 🧿✨ To more such pizza meets and new flavours 💚

The joy of finding unique delicacies from Italy while you’re still manifesting to travel there is 🐣 I have been to at least 5 times and never got a chance to savour this Italian appetiser. “Burrata Apulia” you won my heart and my soul 🥹
P.S. the caption had to be dramatic for this dish, trust me!

Olde Hansa took us back to how eateries might have looked like in the 15th century. Dim-lit tables, beautiful artistic paintings on the walls, use of spices and native ingredients galore in the food. And so thoughtful of them to keep vegetarian options for people to come try medieval food!
My tip would be to make a reservation at least a week in advance especially if you want to enjoy live folk performances which happen only on certain days of the week.

Sure, Bengaluru has countless eateries right now but if there’s any place that serves a hearty plate of food, it has to be ! In my eyes, they are one among the very few who make everything in-house — right from their breads to artisanal cheese or spreads. Today’s breakfast spread included Burrata Toastie, Roasted Vegetables and Oyster Mushrooms in between their amazing Soft Pretzels 🥨 Every visit to Brik Oven makes me happy because they plate wholesome and generous plate of food that screams Europe to me particularly Italy 🥳
