Guess who’s back? We are, and we’re excited to make a splash this World Milk Day with our incredible range of vegan milk, curd, and tofu!

Choosing vegan isn’t just a trend; it’s a choice for health. Our products are naturally lactose and cholesterol-free, and often have less saturated fat than their dairy counterparts. They’re also a great source of protein and beneficial probiotics, supporting a healthy gut and strong immune system. The best part? No casein in our vegan curds, making them a healthier alternative for everyone.

Punjabi winters are incomplete without panjiri ladoos. I have grown up eating these homemade ladoos and they are usually made with ghee , wheat flour, sugar and dry fruits .
Since we are vegan , these ladoos are made with Golden Vghee ( vegan ghee - which is a blend of coconut oil and olive oil) . I have used jaggery instead of white sugar. These ladoos are a good source of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals . They are a powerhouse of energy and help keep warm during winter months.

What an amazing action filled weekend.
Started with an early morning yoga session on Saturday , followed by the first vegan potluck hosted by me. Met such amazing women from different walks of life. Ended Saturday with another yoga session.
Sunday, began with curating a whole food plant based meal for a family. Spending early morning in the kitchen all by myself in silence is another form of meditation. This was followed by a Buddhist chanting session. Then spent the remaining day at the vegan festival , meeting friends .Lots of fun, laughter , learning and of course yummy and healthy food….
