Body Recomposition is definitely possible! Esp if u are some one who has really trained hard in the past for few years and took a break. Due to muscle memory it’s really possible. And the good thing is results will be faster than u got in first time. Do u remember that u pick up faster than u did first time if u r restarting any sports like badminton, cricket or even cycling on road ? Like wise it happens in fitness too. But it also matters ur quality of training in the past, knowledge, age, gender, body types esp if u r mesomorph. Let me know if u r trying to get back to ur previous shape 😍 # Like & Comment if u loved this 🥰Book a Consultation Call 📞 on Insta to know abt my diet & exercise plans If this reel inspired you then pls share to some one u care to inspire as well♥️. Diet is the boss not hrs of cardio or intense weight training. Diet does not mean extreme calorie deficit, starving, intermittent fasting or keto diet it’s a smart plan which fits ur daily schedule with proper rest days. Also stress levels matter !

White chocolate is high in calories and watermelon has 94% less calories than small white chocolate balls. A 100-gram serving of watermelon contains only 30 calories. Watermelon is low in energy and is one of the lowest-calorie fruits. It's also a great source of vitamin C and beta carotene. Eat only fruits which are less in calories. Not just refined sugar pls avoid chocolates, sweets, ice creams, aerated drinks, syrups, jaggery, honey which are high in sugar and calories. Diet is the biggest component to losing fat, you can burn 600 calories (for example) in an intense split training session but you can easily eat 2-3 times that much in one sitting if you’re eating junk food. As they say, you can’t out exercise a bad diet. I’d still recommend getting active and burning calories as much as you can (with adequate rest), but if you really want to lose fat, you need to look at your diet.

So if diet is important, how do you stick to a good diet? The meal plan is often the simplest answer — plan out the foods you’re going to eat, measured for your calorie goal, and then just eat those meals (for the most part).

Roughly summing up with some pointers below ⬇️ (for customised paid diet plans pls drop me a Hi in DMs)

1)Eat real healthier whole foods you love ❤️
Try for real foods, not packaged ones (not even “healthy” convenience foods). As in a natural state as possible meaning, not processed or extracted, not fried or smothered with cream or sauces.

2)Improve in Iterations
Try a meal plan that’s a little better than the diet you’ve been eating for years, perhaps cutting out the liquid calories at first, or adding more fruits or veggies you love. As I said above, cut the calories just a little. This first meal plan doesn’t have to be perfect, just a little better. Maybe a couple hundred calories less, more veggies, less fatty stuff, less snack food, or more real food.

3)Look ahead for bumps, Plan ahead
Diet consistency goes for a toss during unexpected circumstances like an office party, someone’s birthday dinner, going on a date with your honey, taking a trip, being on the road all day and not having access to your usual foods.Plan ahead and prepare, pack ur meals.

4)Watch out for sneaky calories
Liquid calories are a good example, sodas, sports drinks, vitamin waters all contain calories that many people don’t account for, then wonder why they’re not losing weight.
salad dressings, sauces, little bites of foods that “don’t count”, smoothies, candies or chips you snack on from the break room, meals that are bigger than you realize.
