Little breaths, big calm
Helps children feel relaxed, focused, and balanced—one breath at a time.

How to do ?
Chin Mudra
Touch the tip of your thumb and index finger together.
Other three fingers stay straight
Hold the chin mudra in your left hand.
Vishnu Mudra
Fold your index and middle fingers down.
Use your thumb to close the right nostril.
Use your ring finger to close the left nostril.

Rest your left hand on your knee.
Close the right nostril with your thumb.
👉 Breathe in slowly through the left nostril
Open the right nostril.
👉 Breathe out slowly
Now breathe in through the right nostril.
Open the left nostril.
👉 Breathe out slowly
