They acknowledged the role of yoga and mindfulness in reducing stress and enhancing emotional well-being. Their visit was constructive and reinforced our commitment to holistic wellness services.

Hon'ble MLA Sangrama Adv. Irfan Hafeez Lone visited AAM Hygam to take over the building designated for Makeshift Associated Ayurvedic Hospital Govt. Ayurveda Medical College Baramulla.

DDC Chairperson Reviews Construction of 10-Bedded Ayush Hospital in Baramulla

The Chairperson of the District Development Council (DDC), Baramulla, Mrs. Safina Baigh convened a meeting with officials from the R&B department and the District Ayush Office Baramulla today on 04-11-2025 to review the progress of the ongoing construction of a 10-bedded Ayush Hospital in Bandi Payeen, Baramulla.

During the meeting, the officials from the R&B department apprised the DDC Chairperson about the current status of the project. It was ascertained that the hospital building is expected to be completed within the stipulated timeframe of 8 months and will be handed over to the Ayush Department upon completion.

The DDC Chairperson expressed satisfaction with the progress made so far and directed the R&B officials to ensure timely completion of the project. The Chairperson emphasized the importance of the hospital in providing healthcare services to the local population and directed the officials to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards.

The meeting was attended by officials from the R&B department, Nodal Officer for Constructions AYUSH Baramulla, Dr Akhtar Hussain Naik and other concerned stakeholders.

The DDC Chairperson's proactive approach is expected to facilitate the timely completion of the project, which will significantly enhance the healthcare infrastructure in the region.
