Health anxiety today sounds like this:

“I had something sweet… I’ve ruined my health.”
“I slept less than 7 hours… today is wasted.”
“My urine looks yellow… something must be wrong.”
“He walks so fast… I’m too slow.”
“I’m more hungry today… I’m losing control.”
“I skipped my workout… guilt mode on.”

Pause.

These are not symptoms.
They are fear talking.

The body is not a machine.
It adapts. It recovers.

Some days it needs more food.
Some days more rest.
Some days a slower pace.

That is normal.

Health doesn’t break in a day.
But constant self-doubt slowly does.

Health apps brought awareness.
They also brought anxiety.

As a doctor, I’ll say this clearly:
The body understands trends, not panic.

Eat sweet sometimes.
Walk slow when needed.
Sleep without an alarm once in a while.

Health is not control.
It is trust.

And trust lasts longer than fear

Clinical study found that men’s beards can carry more bacteria than a dog’s fur, including microbes linked to skin infections and poor hygiene.

Why this happens???

Because facial hair traps:

- sweat
- dead skin cells
- food particles
- environmental germs

NO!!! I am not saying shave it all!

What can you do?
- Wash your beard regularly
- Clean the skin underneath (this part is often ignored)
- Avoid touching your beard with dirty hands
- Trim regularly

Btw, do you wash your beard daily or only “when you remember”?
