કોરોના વાયરસ માટે ધરમાં નીચે મુજબ સાવચેતીના પગલાં અવશ્ય લેવા.
૧. ન્યૂઝ પેપર તાત્કાલિક ધોરણે બંધ કરો. ન્યૂઝ ટીવી દ્વારા જુઓ.
૨. દૂધની કોથળી લઈને તરત પાણી થી ધોઇ હાથ ધોઇ લેવા.
૩. કુરિયર ,પોસ્ટને હાથોહાથ ન લેતાં ધરબહાર નીચે કે પછી ટ્રેમાં મુકવાનુ કહો. ૨૪ કલાક પડયું રહેવા દો, પછી તેને અડો.
૪. ધરમા હો કે બહાર, કલાકે કલાકે હાથ ધોવાનું રાખો.
૫. કામવાળી બાઈને આવે એટલે તરત પહેલા હાથ ધોવડાવો. પછી જ કામ શરૂ કરાવો.
૬.વાયરસ આપણા શહેરમાં દેખાવાની ખબર પડે કે તરત જ કામવાળી, ડ્રાઈવર,. માળી, કે અન્ય માણસોને કામ ઉપર આવાનુ બંધ કરાવી દો.
૭. શાકભાજી કે ફ્રુટસ લઈ ધોઇને જ ધરમા મુકો.
૮. બહાર જવા માટે જાહેર વાહન જેવા કે રિકસા ,ટેક્સી ,બસ, વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહિ.
૯. બહાર નીકળ્યા હોય ત્યારે માસ્ક અને સેનીટાઇજર હંમેશા સાથે રાખો. થોડી થોડી વારે સેનીટાઇજર લગાવતા રહો. જરૂર પડ્યે માસ્ક પહેરો.
૧૦. બહાર નીકળળતા પહેલા બન્ને નાકમાં એરંડીયાનુ તેલ ટચલી આન્ગળી વડે લગાવો. બહાર નીકળ્યા હોય ત્યારે જયા ત્યાં અડવાનુ ટાળો. અડી જવાય તો સેનીટાઇજર હાથ ઉપર લગાવો.
૧૧. કોઇપણ કારણસર બહાર જવાનું થયું હોય ત્યારે બીજી અન્ય વ્યક્તિથી ઓછામાં ઓછું એક મીટર જેટલુ અંતર રાખો. ૧૨.ધરની આજુબાજુ કે સોસાયટીમાં બહારના દેશમાંથી કોઇ આવે કે તરત જ ગુજરાત કોરોના હેલ્પ લાઇન 104 ઉપર ફોન કરી જાણ કરો. જેથી તેઓને સંસર્ગનિશેધ ધરમા ઓબ્ઝર્વેશન નીચે રાખવામાં આવે. જેથી વાયરસનો ફેલાવો થતો અટકે.
૧૩. કોઈને ત્યાં જઇને કે ધેર બોલાવી મળવાનું ટાળો. ટોળાવાળી જગ્યાએ જવાનું ટાળો.
૧૪. વાયરસના ફેલાવાની સાથે બહાર ચાલવા જવાનું પણ ટાળો. ધરમા થઈ શકે તેવી કસરતોથી ચલાવો.
૧૫. ધરવખરીની ચીજો ખાસ કરીને રસોઇ, ન્હાવા ધોવાની ,જરૂરી દવાઓ તથા અન્ય જરૂરી ચીજ વસ્તુઓ નો પૂરતો સ્ટોક રાખવો જેથી વાયરસના ત્રીજા ચોથા સ્ટેજમા બહાર નીકળવાનુ ટાળી શકાય.
૧૬. મોબાઈલ ફોન તેમ જ તેનુ કવર, રિમોટ વગેરેને રોજ એક વાર આયસો પ્રોપાઇલ આલ્કોહોલના પોતાથી સાફ કરવાનું રાખો.
૧૭. સોસાયટીમા દરેક મેમ્બરને ખાસ નોંધ લેવાની કે, ૧૫ એપ્રિલ2020 સુધી કોરોના વાયરસને ધ્યાનમા રાખીને ધરમાં રીપેરીંગ કામો જેવા કે સીવિલ, ફર્નીચર, પ્લમ્બીન્ગ , લાઇટ કે અન્ય રીપેરીંગને લગતા કામો મોકુફ રાખવા, જેથી બહારના માણસોના સંપર્કમાં ઘરની કોઈ વ્યક્તિ ના આવે.

What is a Migraine Headache?
A migraine is a powerful headache that often happens with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light. Migraines can last from 4 hours to 3 days, and sometimes longer.
What Can Trigger a Migraine Headache?
Some common migraine triggers include:
• Stress.
• Foods. Some foods and drinks, such as aged cheese, alcohol, and food additives like nitrates (in pepperoni, hot dogs, lunchmeats) and monosodium glutamate (MSG) may be responsible for up to 30% of migraines.
• Caffeine. Getting too much or withdrawing from it can cause headaches
• Changes in weather.
• Having your period
• Feeling very tired
• Skipping meals
• Changes to your sleep
What Are the Symptoms of Migraine Headaches?
You can have a mix of migraine symptoms. Common ones include:
• A headache that often begins as a dull ache and grows into throbbing pain. It usually gets worse during physical activity. The pain can shift from one side of the head to the other, can be in the front of the head, or feel like it's affecting your entire head.
• Sensitivity to light, noise, and smells
• Nausea and vomiting, upset stomach, and belly pain
• Loss of appetite
• Feeling very warm or cold
• Pale skin
• Fatigue
• Dizziness
• Blurred vision
• Fever (this is rare)
Most migraine headaches last about 4 hours, but severe ones can go for more than 3 days. How often they happen differs for everyone, but it’s common to get two to four headaches per month. Some people may get migraine headaches every few days, while others get them once or twice a year.
Types of Migraine Headaches
The terms for two types of migraine headaches refer to the symptoms that signal when one is about to start, called an aura.
• Migraine with aura (known as "classic" migraine)
• Migraine without aura (known as "common" migraine)
An aura can start 1 hour before the pain and usually last for 15 minutes to 1 hour. Visual auras include:
• Bright flashing dots or lights
• Blind spots
• Blurry vision
• Temporary vision loss
• Wavy or jagged lines
Other auras can affect your other senses. You might just have a "funny feeling" and not be able to describe the sensation. You could also have ringing in the ears or changes in smell (such as strange odors), taste, or touch.
Migraine headaches without auras are more common. Several hours before the headache starts, you can have vague symptoms, including:
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Feeling very tired
How Are Migraine Headaches Treated?
In allowpathic system there's no cure for migraine headaches. But many drugs can treat or even prevent some of them. You can also get them less often by avoiding triggers.

* WHY MENTAL CONFUSIONS FROM 50 ??? *

Causes of: MENTAL CONFUSION IN THE THIRD AGE

Whenever I teach clinical medicine to students in the fourth year of medicine, I ask the following question:

What are the causes that cause mental confusion in the elderly?

Some risk: "Tumor in the head". I answer: No!

Others bet: "Early symptoms of Alzheimer's". I answer again: No!

With each refusal, the competition is scared.

And it is even more open-mouthed when I list the three most common responsible causes:

- uncontrolled diabetes;
- Urinary infection;
- Dehydration

It sounds like a joke, but it isn't. People over 50 constantly stop feeling thirsty and stop drinking fluids.

When no one is home to remind them to drink fluids, they quickly dehydrate. Dehydration is severe and affects the entire body. May cause abrupt mental confusion, drop in blood pressure, increased heart palpitations,
angina (chest pain), coma and even death.

I insist: No kidding!
At best, this forgetting to drink fluids begins at age 50, when we have just over 50% of the water we should have in our body. This is part of the natural aging process.

Therefore, people over 50 have a lower water reserve.

But there are more complications: still dehydrated, they don't feel like drinking water, because their internal balance mechanisms don't work very well.

Conclusion:
People over 50 years old dehydrate easily, not only because they have a smaller water supply, but also because they do not feel the lack of water in the body.

Although people over 50 look healthy, the performance of reactions and chemical functions damages your entire body.

So here are two alerts:
1) * Get into the habit of drinking liquids *. Liquids include water, juices, teas, coconut water, milk, soups, jam and water-rich fruits, such as watermelon, melon, peaches, pineapple; Orange and tangerine also work. The important thing is that, every two hours,
Drink some liquid. Remember this!

2) Alert for family members: constantly offer fluids to people over 50. At the same time, be aware of them.
When they realize that they are rejecting liquids and, from one day to the next, they are confused, irritated, breathless, showing lack of attention.
They are almost certainly recurrent symptoms of dehydration.
