The approach we are talking here will serve most of the people.
πFor many of us dieting is just going from everything to nothing. Most people stop even before they start as their limiting belief is, fat loss means giving up all your favourite food & drinks and eating tasteless food only.
πThe fact is, this is probably one of the worst approaches. When people aim for perfection they tend to mess up and this starts the vicious cycle of feeling bad about themselves and then start eating more.
WELL....
πA better way to start is to cut down on some not so ideal food & drink choices and add in nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables. Eat more protein and drink more water.
πIt's really very simple..By adding more nutritious food you will get more volume and greater fullness. It is much more doable in the long run.
πIt takes practice to change your lifestyle. So take small steps towards your aim rather than just rushing on to it. And, when you don't change much you are more likely to succeed.
