Rainbow diet- Include all rainbow color foods in your plate.
Red: tomatoes, watermelon, guava, papaya, cranberries
Orange: carrots, mangos, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, apricots
Brown: beans, chickpeas, lentils
Green: broccoli, cabbage, sprouts
Purple: blueberries, eggplant, blackberries, plums, pomegranates, beetroot .
