“They’re not addicted to screens — they’re just following what they see.
Sometimes the hardest screens to turn off… are ours. 📱💔
Let’s lead by example, not restriction.”

“Every child develops at their own pace… but some signs are red flags 🚩 and need early attention.

❌ Not sitting by 9 months
❌ Not babbling by 12 months
❌ No single words by 18 months
❌ No 2-word sentences by 2 years
❌ Loss of skills at any age

⏳ Early recognition = early intervention = better outcomes.
📌 Save this reel and share it with another parent who needs to see it.

Not everything sold as “ORS” in the market is real ORS. ⚠️

Many products are just sugar water with a bit of flavour — and giving those during dehydration can actually make the condition worse.

✅ This is the WHO-recommended ORS composition — with the correct balance of sodium, glucose, potassium and citrate to help the body absorb fluids effectively and restore lost electrolytes.

When your child has loose motions, what matters is not just “hydration” but the right kind of hydration.

🧂 Using the correct ORS can be life-saving, especially in young children.
❌ Using a wrongly labeled or diluted ORS can worsen dehydration and delay recovery.

Always check the pack before buying:
• It should say “WHO ORS” or match the official composition.
• Be cautious of flavoured or “energy” drinks claiming to be ORS.

My child isn’t eating after falling sick…” — if you’ve said this lately, you’re not alone.

🧠 During or after an illness, it’s normal for children to lose appetite for a few days. Their body needs time to recover — forcing food doesn’t help, gentle patience does.

✅ Offer small, frequent meals
✅ Hydration matters more than quantity
✅ Appetite usually returns on its own

And yes — if your gut says something’s not right, trust it and check in with your pediatrician 🩺💙

📌 Save this reel — every parent needs this reminder.

This Diwali… some diyas will be lit a little more softly,
some hearts will hold a little more strength. 🪔✨

To every fauji wife celebrating alone while your partner stands guard for the nation —
your courage, grace, and quiet strength light up more than any firecracker ever could. 🤍

May the world remember to be kind, not curious. Respectful, not judgmental.
This Diwali, let’s honor the women who hold the fort while their heroes protect ours. 🇮🇳

🎖 Tag a fauji wife.
📌 Share this to make someone feel seen.

🪔✨ Let’s make this Diwali safe for our little ones ✨🪔

Festivals bring joy, but they also come with hidden risks for children — from camphor poisoning and fire hazards to choking on festive treats.

This Diwali, remember:
✔️ Keep camphor, candles & matches out of reach 🔥
✔️ Dress kids in snug, cotton clothes 👶
✔️ Avoid hard sweets & small dry fruits 🍬
✔️ Watch out for fireworks safety 🎆
✔️ Keep a first-aid kit handy 🩺

Let’s celebrate with lights, not emergencies 💛
📌 Save & share this reel with parents this festive season.

Sibling rivalry isn’t about a “naughty” child or “bad behavior.”
It’s often about big emotions in little hearts learning to share love, space, and attention. 💛

✔️ Acknowledge their feelings
✔️ Avoid comparisons
✔️ Create small moments of connection

They’re not fighting against each other — they’re fighting for you.
With patience and empathy, rivalry can turn into a lifelong bond 💕
