Guilt-Free, Freshly Baked at Home – Palak Matari 🥬✨

Try this wholesome Palak Matari, freshly baked at home using whole wheat flour, jowar flour, and palak puree.

💚 Ingredients:
• ½ cup whole wheat flour
• ½ cup jowar flour
• 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
• 1 tsp desi ghee
• ¼ cup spinach (palak) puree
• Salt to taste
• Water as required for kneading
💚 Method:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, jowar flour, ajwain, and salt.
2️⃣ Add desi ghee and rub it into the flour until it turns slightly crumbly.
3️⃣ Add palak puree and a little water to knead a firm dough.
4️⃣ Roll out the dough and cut into small mathri shapes or discs.
5️⃣ Prick each piece with a fork to prevent puffing.
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 18–20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
7️⃣ Cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
