Furthermore, flax seeds are rich source of lignans which may reduce the cancer risk. 👩‍🏫 Do you know ?
The fiber binds to bile salts and is then excreted by the body.
To replenish these bile salts, cholesterol is pulled from your blood into your liver. This process lowers your cholesterol levels in blood.

P.S. This (known as 'Panjeeri' in native language) is straight from Punjab and my grandmother made this for me ❣️

Super dinner meal for ultimate shredding.
Low Carb high protein meal.
Best for getting rid of lower belly fat.
Chicken chest piece is rich source of lean protein with around 25g protein and mere 1g fat in every 100g serving.
Green vegetables, subtly cooked, adds the necessary vitamins and minerals to your diet and aids in burning off fat accumulated around belly area.

My choice for different programs :
Spiced lemon tea - fat loss
ABC - lean mode
Spinach kale cilantro- lean mode
Meanwhile Coconut water is my all time favourite. I like to have it instead of areated drinks whenever I am outside.

Dancing is definitely the best way to burn huge amount of calories while enjoying yourselves to the fullest especially when you are performing Bhangra. And what could be more cool than to perform Bhangra on the popular Hollywood song
Amazing workshop organised by supported by and me 😅.
The people were amazing. I still can't believe that most of them were doing bhangra for the first time.
People should involve themselves in active lifestyle and indulge in activities like these. 👑

Let's find out.
1) Need Pre-Workout ?
