Do you forget to eat your recommended fruits and veggies everyday?
If yes, do make it a habit to stock atleast seasonal fruits on your dining, work or study table. What you seebis probably what you eat!
For veggies, make a weekly plan to incorporate atleast 2 nutrient dense veggies which includes and not limited to greens, yellow and orange capsicum, broccoli, gourds etc
