Do you forget to eat your recommended fruits and veggies everyday?
If yes, do make it a habit to stock atleast seasonal fruits on your dining, work or study table. What you seebis probably what you eat!

For veggies, make a weekly plan to incorporate atleast 2 nutrient dense veggies which includes and not limited to greens, yellow and orange capsicum, broccoli, gourds etc

Salt has found a big portion in our diet today.knowingly or unknowingly we are consuming way far too much than the recommendation of 3 to 5 tsp per day.

The best way to reduce salt is to use herbs, spices sparingly to enhance the flavour of the diet.The other tip is i generally add just enough salt at the end of cooking process and squeeze lemonnor kokum.
