oil - 250 ml ( 1/4 litre)
ghee -. 2 tsp
Biryani leaves - 2
cardomon - 2
clove - 3
cinnamon - 2
fennel seeds - 1tso
onion - 6 medium size
giner garlic paste - 1/4kg ( 4 tbsp)
Tomato - 4 medium size
green chillies - 3 no
mint leaves
coriander leaves
marniated chicken - 1 1/2 kg
red chilli powder - 2tbsp
garam masala - 1 tbsp
Biryani masala - 2tbsp
water - 8 glass for measurement
lemon 1/2 - juice
salt to taste
