Do you know what exactly your Vitamin C contains?
There are various forms of Vit C with different stability and potency. Though, the benefits are more or less the same, the different derivatives differ in pe*******on and stability which still remains confusing for many. Understanding this will help to choose your Vit c serum:

🟠1. L-ASCORBIC ACID: Pure, 100%authentic, gold standard of Vit c, but most unstable as it can easily oxidize. Tends to be more irritant for sensitive skin, because of pure form.

🟠2. SAP: as beneficial as L-ascorbic, but less irritant. Suitable for acne skin as it has anti-inflammatory property.

🟠3. MAP: stable form, easily absorbed by the skin, thus less irritant, hydrating for skin, Suitable for most skin.

🟠4. ASCORBYL glucoside: least stable

🟠5. THD: stable, pe*****tes well, effective for hyperpigmentation specifially, But could be irritating for sensitive skin.

🟠6. ETHYLATED L-ASCORBIC ACID: most stable form, less likely oxidixed, effective for longer period of time. Has similar benefits of L-AA.
So next time you buy Vitamin c, check which form the product contains

DO WE NEED SHEET MASKS IN OUR SKIN CARE ROUTINE❓❓
➡️The answer totally depends on your skin type and what your physician suggests. There are too many brands in the market, but until you know the active ingredients of it, you cannot be sure if it will suit your skin.
⏩⏩Similarly, the scientific background for these maks are minimal. So it is still not clear if just applying the masks will help the ingredients to pe*****te our skin.
🔅🔅On the other hand if you have a dry and dehydrated skin and you need some instant glow or hydration, sheet masks are a good option indeed.
Hence check with your physician before using any masks from the market.

Why you should NOT use Acne gels in the mornings❓❓
Most of the acne gels contain keratolytics which could dry the skin and make it sensitive if exposed to sunlight. So it is always best to use the acne actives at nights rather than in the day time to prevent sensitivity.
Using the gels at nights and using sunscreens in the mornings is a better practice to prevent more pigmentation.

The most common cosmetic use of botox injection is to temporarily relax the muscles causing prominent wrinkles, especially on the forehead and around the eyes.
It is an easily tolerable and a safe method to smoothen out fine lines and wrinkles. The number of units required would depend on the prominence of the wrinkles.
As the treatment involves temporary relaxation of the muscles, this procedure needs to be repeated every 5 to 7 months. Patients also benefit from top-ups with small doses of botox, every now and then to keep the results sustained for a longer durations.

TOP 3 REASONS TO AVOID HOT WATER FOR HAIR WASH..
Washing the hair with hot water can affect the scalp skin by drying it out. Similarly, it can irritate the scalp pores and weakens the hair. So if you are someone with excessive hair fall, avoiding hot water will be helpful.
Hot water in general can dehydrat the hair shaft making it more frizzy and rough.
Use lukewarm water for wash or if you are in a very cold climate, then washing first with little hot water and then rinse off with lukewarm to normal temperature water to prevent too much drying.
