Bilateral TKA,done to one Malaysian lady known case of mitral valve disease in metallic valve ,all precautions taken and procedure done in single sitting ,encountered hemolysis and managed successfully ,pt discharged after 15 days both knees flexion obtained more than 90degree , pt very much happy because in Malaysia they told risk in surgery is 50%sur vival
