Camomile Healthcare participated in the program BC3- Breast Cancer Continuum Of Care conference at Tirupati on 12 Nov 2022 organized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Over 200+ senior oncologists, gynecologists, surgeons, and physicians across the state attended the event.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has put together a Comprehensive cancer care roadmap making cancer care available to its 53 million population. It was highly satisfying to work with senior IAS officer Naveen Kumar - Government of Andhra Pradesh, who has shaped this program and is leading the way.

Our CEO Raghava Rao shared his insights and experience in cancer care delivery and how diverse stakeholders can come together to improve cancer care outcomes.

Camomile worked with the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra and Tata Memorial Hospital to implement a series of initiatives to strengthen cancer care at 20 government medical colleges across the state.

After analyzing their cancer care capabilities, our team designed and implemented a user-friendly comprehensive IT solution, to track and improve various aspects across the continuum of care. This solution enabled a 90% reduction in the turnover time for pathology reports ,a 65% reduction in the number of unreported cancer cases and 30% increased utilization of virtual tumor boards.

Camomile helped Sri Ramachandra Institute Of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER), a top 5 medical university in India, in their transformational strategy and planning across multiple areas such as infrastructure, research, academics and funding.

A 15-year strategic plan was created and SRIHER presented this to the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA for consideration of the Institute of Eminence recognition, given by the Government of India.

This plan also helped SRIHER set targets for improvements in NIRF rankings and to expand their presence internationally.

Interventions like Value engineering and smart technology investments were executed and helped lower the capex by 20% without compromising quality of care
