Milk Bread

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

3 tbsp sugar

½ tsp salt

2 ¼ tsp instant yeast

1 cup warm milk

2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

2. Add warm milk and butter, knead 10 minutes.

3. Rise 1 hour.

4. Shape and place in loaf pan, rise 30 minutes.

5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes.

🥖 2. Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:

3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1 egg

1 cup warm milk

¼ cup butter

2 ¼ tsp instant yeast

Instructions:

1. Combine dry ingredients.

2. Add egg, warm milk, and butter; knead smooth.

3. Rise 1 hour.

4. Shape rolls and rise again 30 minutes.

5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 18–20 minutes.

Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1. Make dough and rise 1 hour.

2. Fill, seal, and shape rolls.

3. Rise 20–30 minutes.

4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes.

🥖 5. French Bread (Baguette Style)

Ingredients:

3 ½ cups bread flour

1 ½ tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 ¼ cups warm water

2 ¼ tsp instant yeast

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients and knead 8 minutes.

2. Rise 1–1.5 hours.

3. Shape long baguettes.

4. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 20–25 minutes.

Ingredients:

3 cups whole wheat flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 ¼ cups warm water

2 tbsp oil

2 ¼ tsp instant yeast

December is the month when everyone thinks weight loss is impossible.
But with a structured 10-day plan, you can comfortably lose 3–5 kilos before New Year celebrations begin.

This Pre-2026 Diet is designed for Indian bodies, Indian metabolism, and Indian winter cravings.

Day 1–3: Detox and Debloat Phase

Focus on cleansing the gut, reducing water retention, and improving digestion.

Morning:
• Warm water with jeera
• Light breakfast: poha, upma, or 2 idlis

Lunch:
• 1 roti with dal + sabzi
• Or 1 bowl khichdi

Evening:
• Herbal tea (ginger, tulsi, cinnamon)

Dinner:
• Vegetable soup
• Stir-fried vegetables or paneer

Avoid: sugar, maida, heavy paneer, fried foods.

Day 4–6: Metabolism Boosting Phase

This is where fat-burning speeds up.

Morning:
• Lemon warm water
• 1 fruit (guava, apple, papaya)

Lunch:
• 1 bajra or jowar roti

Easy “Baking Substitutes” you can make at home!

Homemade Butter tastes really good. Perfect substitute when you run out of stuff for baking!

——Buttermilk:
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix well and ready to use.

——Homemade Heavy Cream:
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup butter
Steps:
Im a large bowl, add milk and butter. Using blender or hand mixer, blends it together until creamy.

———Homemade Sour Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
Mix well and ready to use.

———Homemade Butter:
2 cups Heavy Cream
Pinch of salt

Steps:
Pour heavy cream into a food processor and blend about 10 minutes until the butter separates . Using a strainer or a cheese cloth, strain off the liquid and press the butter into a small container. Sprinkle with salt. Ready to use enjoy.
