Dear All, TMBB DUACTHLON CHALLENGE *DAY 1*
We are back with another interesting challenge for you this summer.
TMBB Duathlon April Challenge
Activity Duration : April 1st to April 30th
This challenge will require your participation in two sports --> Cycling & Running / Walking.
Min requirement to qualify as finisher
--> 20 days of activity needed overall for April
--> 15 or 12 or 10 days of Duathlon Activity day as per group you register. Duathlon Activity Day is where you complete a minimum of 5 km cycling and 2 km running/walking
--> Achieving the targets set for each category
3 categories description
Elite --> 500 kms cycling & 80 kms Running
Pro --> 400 kms cycling & 60 kms Running
Beginners --> 300 kms cycling & 40 kms Running
15 days of Duathlon activities needed for Elite,
12 days of Duathlon needed for Pro and
10 days of Duathlon needed for Beginners to qualify as finisher.
Each category will have a winner and runner declared based on your average speed in cycling / average pace running. Gender Parity will also be taken into consideration when declaring winners.
