Nishamani nursing home started in the year 1982, was the vision of a single doctor, Dr. Nishamani Mullick. She envisioned that every woman had the right to good health, especially mothers to be. In a country where maternal mortality is very high, every expectant mother should have access to the latest technologies designed to provide the best in maternity and child health care services.

From a small 6 bedded clinic with OPD and minimum of in patient services, the hospital has grown to what it is today, a self sufficient obstetric and paediatric care unit. In addition it now has expanded into offering a variety of gynaecological and infertility services too.

At present the Nursing home maintains a team of doctors trained in different areas of obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics & pediatric surgery. The hospital service to deliver human & affordable health care in ligrating outpatient & inpatient facilities under one roof.

It is our hope & vision that we can provide bother facilities to a larger numbers of people from all segments of society in the years to come.
