Doesn't it get tiring for one parent to do most of the heavy lifting? Even being able to eat a meal on peace isn't considered when it comes to a new mother? She is taken for granted. Today is international men's mental health day so let's raise awareness of some of the challenges some fathers go through. Let’s try and make the world a happier place for us and those around us. As women, many of us spend more time with our children than our partners. So, it is very important for us to be happy in order to provide our children with a healthy environment so that they grow up to be independent, secure individuals.

We must be able to express ourselves so that we are heard and only then can we make a difference. Step 1 is to be happy with who you are and what you have. Let go of jealousy and grudges, declutter your home, make sure you get fresh air everyday and a wee bit of exercise.

All these things will definitely make a difference in your life. All you need is a little push.
