Why are You Not Loosing Fat..

1. Skipping breakfast and eating late at night
where WAIST until you stor daing hunger cues shift and your hormones follow. Eat within 60 minutes of waling and stop eating 2 to 3 hours before bed. This one habit alone tightens your midsection.

2. Snacking all day
Every snack spikes insulin which keeps your body in storage mode. Lock in 3 to 4 proper meals with 40g protein each and drop the grazing.

3. Using lentils and chickpeas as your main protein.
They're fine as part of a meal, but on their own they drive higher insulin, more water retention and more bloating. Build meals around chicken, fish, eggs or tofu and add fibre alongside

4. Bread, biscuits or chai for breakfast.
This is dessert dressed up as breakfast. High carb mornings push you into cravings and energy crashes. Start your day with protein first meals to control hunger and steady your blood sugar.

5. Only doing cardio
You sweat, but you don't build tissue that burns fat. Add 3 strength sessions per week and walk after meals for steady fat loss.

6. Sleeping late and poor recovery Less than 7 to 8 hours sleep pushes cravings up, recovery down and belly fat higher. If you feel more bloated, softer and lower on energy in your thirties or forties, this is often where it starts.
