Thank You so much each and everyone for helping me and my page reach out to those who need Mental Health Support. I have been fortunate to have had support from my Family, friends, former students, colleagues, strangers and just about everyone who have not shied away from spreading the word about Mental Health Awareness. When I started this journey, I didn’t know how far it will go, but beca of all you, each day I find a reason to keep on moving forward!
