✨ Solo lunch, full swad! ✨
When I cook just for myself, I crave something quick, comforting, and full of flavour — like this Paneer Tikka Roll, made in pungent Dhara Mustard Oil. 💛🌶️
And guess what — with 5L Dhara Mustard Oil, you get 50g Haldi FREE (and 10g with 1L). Perfect time to stock up!

Recipe👇

Tikka Marinade:
– 3 tbsp dahi (curd)
– 1 tbsp Dhara Mustard Oil
– ½ tsp haldi
– ½ tsp red chilli powder
– 1 tbsp roasted besan
– 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
– Salt to taste
– Cubed paneer + sliced capsicum & onion
👉 Mix & marinate for 20 mins.

Cook:
– Heat Dhara Mustard Oil in a pan.
– Grill marinated paneer & veggies on medium flame till golden.

Assemble the Roll:
– Take a hot crispy paratha.
– Spread green chutney.
– Add grilled tikka mix, onions, squeeze of lemon (optional)
– Roll it up & serve hot!

Because solo lunches deserve love too 💛
