Somedays back, we held space for a corporate team to slow down, breathe, and reconnect through Chair Yoga, Dhyana, Pranayama, and a gentle sound bath.
It was a moment to release stress from the body, reset an overworked mind, and nourish the nervous system—right at the workplace.
